    In 2020, I released the How to SHOP YOUR PANTRY eBook. What started out as a pantry challenge during the early months of the pandemic rapidly became a 48-page collection of recipes and pantry tips to help add flavour to everyday life.

    Through the eBook, I wanted to help readers cook more at home, reduce what we throw away and support the community, causes very close to my heart. 

    I am beyond delighted to report that so far we have donated $2400  to Second Harvest, Canada’s foremost food rescue organization.
